These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VerdictFC mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access certain features of VerdictFC, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
When you use the App, you can create and share debates, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is:
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion, and to ban accounts that violate these guidelines.
VerdictFC may offer virtual tokens ($FAN) or subscriptions ("Verdict Pro"). These are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VerdictFC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
VerdictFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App or any content provided by other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
